Runway to Vice President is seeking a Business Development Manager in New Brunswick, NJ. The role focuses on expanding OEM relationships and driving direct sales, with oversight of independent reps across the US. You will work closely with ownership to scale the business toward a broader commercial leadership track.
Base salary ranges from $150,000 to $160,000 plus bonus (OTE $220k–$250k). Travel is up to 20% (US & Canada). Sponsorship is not available.
