You will be a full‑time student in the Service Professionals HVAC Academy for the Spring 2026 Class.

You will be attending trainings led by our in‑house trainer, following a defined curriculum. Attendance will be strictly monitored.

We expect you to develop the skills required to diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems, leading customers to informed and confident buying decisions.

To perform the duties of this job, you are regularly expected to sit, stand, walk, kneel, squat, stoop, hands to finger, handle controls, hear, and talk. You must be able to reach with your hands and arms, climb ladders, and work in hot/cold environments such as crawl spaces. You will regularly lift 50+ pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.

The work environment can vary depending on the season and scope of work – you will be expected to be outside throughout multiple seasons.
