Automotive Diesel Mechanic | $42-46+ hr DOE. | Full Benefits | Elizabeth, New Jersey
We're looking for an experienced Diesel Mechanic to join our New Jersey /NY-based fleet service team. If you're a pro with diesel and gas trucks who wants to work for a stable, high‑paying operation we want to talk.
ScheduleFull-time, Monday - Friday (Morning and Evening shifts available) (set hours confirmed during interview)
Pay & Benefits- $42-46 + /hr DOE

- Diagnose, maintain, and repair diesel and gas‑powered trucks, vans, and medium duty vehicles
- Sprinter, Isuzu Reach, Transits, Cargo Vans (Vans/Step Vans), GSE equipment, Trailer/Tractors
- Preventive maintenance and DOT inspections
- Perform test drives and make system adjustments as needed
- Maintain accurate service records and manage shop equipment
- Conduct field repairs in various weather conditions
- 3-4 years' experience as a diesel or fleet mechanic
- GED or High School Diploma
- Valid driver's license and own tools
- Must pass background check
- Strong accountability and customer service mindset
