AI Lead

We are seeking a Mid-Senior Level AI Lead to design, develop, and deploy enterprise AI solutions using Azure AI Search, Azure OpenAI, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with LLM integration, prompt engineering, AI observability, and enterprise AI security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy Azure AI Search solutions integrated with RAG pipelines for intelligent information retrieval.
• Implement, optimize, and fine-tune Azure OpenAI GPT models for enterprise applications.
• Develop and maintain effective prompt engineering strategies to improve model accuracy and response quality.
• Monitor and evaluate AI model performance using Arize AI or similar observability tools.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, and data sources.
• Ensure AI solutions meet security, governance, scalability, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering, data, and business teams to deliver production-ready AI applications.
• Troubleshoot performance issues and optimize AI workflows for reliability and cost efficiency.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience with Azure AI Search and RAG architectures.
• Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI and GPT-based applications.
• Proficiency in prompt engineering and LLM application development.
• Experience with Arize AI, Lang Smith, or similar AI observability tools.
• Knowledge of Python, REST APIs, and cloud-based AI integrations.
• Understanding of vector databases, embeddings, semantic search, and AI evaluation.
• Familiarity with enterprise AI security, governance, and responsible AI practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience deploying and maintaining production-grade generative AI solutions.
• Knowledge of Azure cloud services, CI/CD, and MLOps practices.
• Experience leading technical discussions, mentoring developers, and coordinating cross-functional teams.
