What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Lead collaboration across cross-functional teams to align sales enablement requests with business goals
  • Orchestrate the curation and creation of advanced sales enablement content
  • Define, implement, and maintain a library of templates and best practices for sales enablement
  • Develop and implement metrics to track the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on analysis of metrics and feedback
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 6-8 years of experience in sales, sales support, or sales enablement, with a focus on adult learning principles
  • Experience using sales enablement platforms and AI capabilities
  • Strong project management experience across diverse teams
  • Effective communication skills to foster trust and shared accountability
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Deep understanding of instructional design principles
  • Experience with tools such as Smartsheet, SharePoint, Microsoft Copilot, Articulate Rise, or Highspot
  • Proven ability to balance multiple priorities and implement efficient processes
  • Flexibility in managing competing priorities and navigating dynamic environments
  • Data-driven problem-solving skills, including measuring impact
