Adoration Private Duty is seeking a passionate, dedicated Private Duty CNA to join our team in Elizabethton, TN
. Our Private Duty CNAs provide expert, patient‑centered care.

Schedule:

Full‑Time; 70 hours per week

• Pediatric
• ADL's;
  Personal Care
• 5:30am - 5:30pm

Responsibilities

• Provide patient‑centered care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Complete proper documentation using Home Care Home Base EMR.
• Assist clients with personal care or home management tasks.
• Assist with basic personal hygiene and grooming, feeding and ambulation, medical monitoring, and other basic health care related tasks.
• Home management includes tasks such as basic housekeeping, shopping, and other related housekeeping tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirements: 18 years.
• Valid driver's license, with satisfactory driving record, as defined by agency policy.
• Certification, if required by state licensure as a CNA or Home Health Care Aide in the state in which the aide is to provide care.
• Must be able to utilize proper body mechanics while lifting and may be expected to lift up to 75 lbs.; must be able to sit, stand, walk for periods of time and bend, stoop, push, pull, and reach.
