• Receive / Store / Issue:
  Handle materials from arrival through issuance with impeccable recordkeeping.
• Quality + ERP:
  Validate material quality and enter transactions into our ERP with precision.
• Stay Ahead:
  Monitor inventory, anticipate reorder points, and coordinate deliveries to keep production flowing.
• Logistics
  
  Collaboration:
  
  Track shipments and partner with Purchasing to expedite when needed.
• Regional Support:
  Back regional material strategies with a service-oriented mindset.
• Vendor Data:
  Supply metrics that contribute to vendor performance reviews.
• Reporting:
  Build and deliver reports on inventory levels and delivery status.
• 5S & Safety:
  Keep storage areas organized, labeled, and compliant with 5S, safety, and QA standards.
• Material Handling:
  Move materials between departments using manual tools or material handling equipment.
• And More:
  Assist with additional duties as assigned by management.

• 2+ years in inventory management, purchasing, or materials handling.
• Strong Excel skills; accurate, analytical, and detail-oriented.
• Clear communicator with a focus on precision.
• Comfort with 5S and cycle counting.
• ERP experience or willingness to learn quickly.

• Background in supply chain principles.
• Planning, procurement, and logistics knowledge.
• Forklift certification.
