Herb Jones Chevrolet GMC is hiring a motivated Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who wants a career in automotive sales

• Guide customers through the vehicle purchase process from start to finish

• Maintain consistent showroom presence and follow dealership sales processes

• Use CRM for customer follow-up and communication

• Demonstrate vehicles, conduct test drives, and assist with trade evaluations

• Work closely with management, F&I, and service to deliver a professional customer experience

• Strong work ethic and personal accountability

• Professional communication skills

• Coachable mindset and willingness to learn

• Reliable attendance and consistent effort

• Automotive sales experience is a plus, but not required

• Flexible Pay Plan Options - Choice of stronger commission-based pay vs monthly guarantee/volume based pay
