Automotive Detailer - Car Washer (Part Time)

We are seeking a responsible, dedicated person to join our team as a part‑time Automotive Detailer. The starting rate of pay is $15 per hour based on a 25‑hour workweek at 1506 N Dixie HWY, Elizabethtown, KY 42701.

Schedule:

• Monday 8:00 am – 6:00 pm
• Tuesday – OFF
• Wednesday – OFF
• Thursday – OFF
• Friday 8:00 am – 6:00 pm
• Saturday 8:00 am – 1:00 pm
• Sunday 8:30 am – 12:00 pm

• Wash, clean, and dry vehicle exterior.
• Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interior according to industry‑standard protocols.
• Check fuel level, warning lights, windshield damage, and factory reset settings; verify registration and remove customer items.
• Check fluid levels, tire condition, pressure, tread depth; inspect exterior for damage.
• Fuel and stage vehicle; inspect for safety concerns and report warning lights or damage.
• Maintain a clean, orderly work area; report unsafe conditions.
• Operate tools such as carpet shampoo machines or air purifiers to remove stains, pet hair, and odors.
• Assist customers when needed; transport customers to and from branch locations.
• Help maintain overall site appearance—cleaning of desktops, countertops, phones, floors, trash, bathrooms, and sweeping the lot.

• Seek to improve job performance through self‑assessment, skill development, training and goal setting.
• Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality.
• Perform miscellaneous job‑related duties as assigned.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than one moving violation and/or at‑fault accident in the past three years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past five years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship.
• Must have at least six consecutive months of prior work or organizational experience.
