Base pay range: $230,000 – $400,000 per year. Sign‑on bonus: $50,000. Annual salary for the first year: $200,000.

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school, or currently attending an accredited dental school to obtain a DDS or DMD
• Current, valid dental license to practice in the state or the ability to obtain one
• DEA certification
• CPR/BLS certification or the ability to obtain one
