Full-time, Employed Monday - Friday Inpatient rehab Enjoy autonomy while you care for high acuity patients in need of medically complex care Manage chronic disease, diagnose illnesses and medical conditions, and implement plan of care Provide oversight, guidance, and mentorship to our nurse practitioners Conduct clinical case reviews, as needed and share tools, information, and guidelines as they relate to quality of care in collaboration with clinicians, facility leaders, and othersQualifications Primary care experience required Inpatient rehab facility experience a plus Active and unrestricted Kentucky license or application in process Active and unrestricted DEA/prescriptive authority or application in processCompensation & Benefits Expected compensation is estimated salary range of $201,168 to $277,460 annually with no cap on productivity income potential.
