CRNA Nurse‑Allied – Accolades Physician Resources

Stable anesthesia practice located in Louisville, Lexington, and Bowling Green, Kentucky.

• Monday–Friday 8‑hour shifts (7A 3P) with 1:8 Call and Post Call Day Off
• No trauma, no hearts, no heads – primarily OBGYN, orthopedics, ENT, general surgery, and urology
• 4–5 CRNAs working daily, physician on site, overnight call room available
• 10 weeks off per year, 90 minutes to Louisville, Lexington, and Bowling Green

• Annual compensation: $330,000
• Sign‑on bonus: Available
• Relocation assistance: Provided
• Extra call: $200 per hour; holiday call $300 per hour
• Independently contracted option: 1099 available
• Full benefits option: Includes medical, dental, vision, prescription, and 401(b) pension

• Malpractice with tail coverage

• Services include cancer care, cardiac catheterization, orthopedics, ENT, urology, general surgery, OBGYN, rehabilitation, wound care, and 24‑hour physician‑staffed emergency services

• 6,900 surgeries per year, 2,100 scopes annually, 19,000 emergency visits per year
