- Location:
45 Minutes South of Louisville, KY - Schedule:
Clinic and Call (night call triage and weekend call) - Shifts/month: 10-15 Shifts on average per month
- Start date/Duration:
Jan 2026 ongoing for 6 months 2 weeks per month - 8 hour clinic, with night call M-F, weekend call, followed by 8 hour clinic call ending the following Saturday 830 am.
- Procedures to include earwax removal, hearing tests, septoplasty for deviated septums, turbinate reduction, ear tube placement (grommets), endoscopic sinus surgery, tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy, and biopsies of lesions. Laryngoscopy
- New patient volume per day: 14-15
- Support staff: 1 other ENT, with NP on staff at all times
- EMR - Epic
- Rate: $275/hour clinic, $2,500/24 hour weekend call, $275/hour call back after 2 hours
