** Requirements:
*** Valid Kentucky license as a physical therapist’s assistant required.
* Requires an associate degree from a physical therapist assistant program accredited by CAPTE, or higher.

* Preferred Qualifications:

*** BLS preferred at hire, required within 90 days after hire.
