Patient Care Technician (Float Position) – DaVita Kidney Care

Joining our outpatient dialysis clinic in Elizabethtown, Kentucky, you will provide direct, hands‑on care under RN supervision to patients with end‑stage renal disease, helping them through life‑sustaining dialysis treatment. This full‑time role supports a team of nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other healthcare professionals.

• Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care
• Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment
• Set up and maintain dialysis equipment
• Record vital signs and patient data
• Educate patients on treatment and kidney health
• Collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members

• Accredited high‑school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment
• Physical ability to work long shifts on your feet
• Willing to float between locations is a must
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Preferred: CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy certification, or other healthcare experience
