Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Kentucky
This role is designed for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing consistent therapy to adults through a secure telehealth platform. You will focus on assessment, treatment planning, and ongoing sessions that support client stability and progress. The work is structured, client-facing, and centered on long-term outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide individual therapy sessions via telehealth
- Complete clinical assessments and treatment plans
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation
- Track client progress and adjust care as needed
- Follow Kentucky clinical and ethical standards
- Communicate professionally with care teams as required
- Active Kentucky LCSW license
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW)
- At least 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience
- Comfortable delivering care in a remote setting
- Strong documentation and time-management skills
- 2 weeks Paid Time Off
