We're hiring Dev Ops talent across levels — from Senior Dev Ops Engineer to Dev Ops Architect — to support enterprise Salesforce implementations. This posting covers both levels;

candidates will be matched to the appropriate role based on experience. The Salesforce Dev Ops Architect/Engineer is responsible for advising, designing, and managing deployment orchestration solutions for complex Salesforce implementations. This role requires close collaboration with Delivery Managers, Technical Architects, Solution Architects, and Account Teams, as well as direct client engagement to architect and deliver Dev Ops solutions tailored to client needs.

This is a hands‑on role involving both architectural work and, when necessary, deployment execution. You are both a big‑picture thinker and an in-depth problem solver, with broad and deep technical expertise, taking pride in designing resilient systems that withstand high volumes and critical demands while balancing technical and enterprise‑level considerations.

• Collaborate with client stakeholders to define requirements, deliverables, and manage expectations.
• Assess existing Dev Ops processes, tools, and practices, recommending improvements.
• Design, present, and implement best‑fit Dev Ops solutions, considering customer needs, tool preferences, and commercial constraints.
• Drive the selection and implementation of Dev Ops tools and technologies.
• Lead Dev Ops design sessions, architect solutions, and document best practices (Architect level); lead setup and execution of Dev Ops frameworks for small‑to‑medium projects and support Architects on larger engagements (Senior Engineer level).
• Develop and enforce Dev Ops frameworks and governance models for consistency across deployments.
• Provide oversight and governance of Salesforce projects.
• Ensure successful continuous delivery deployments across environments.
• Support pre‑sales activities, including discovery sessions, technical deep dives, and proof‑of‑concept (PoC) development.
• Collaborate with Salesforce product teams to support client implementations.
• Champion an AI‑first development/Dev Ops workflow using advanced AI developer assistants (e.g., Cursor, Claude, Git Hub Copilot) to accelerate Salesforce development, CI/CD pipelines, release automation, and deployment processes while maintaining platform security, performance, governance, and Salesforce best practices.
• Practical fluency with AI coding assistants and modern development/Dev Ops ecosystems to maximize productivity, automate workflows, document implementations, and deliver secure, scalable, high‑quality solutions.
• Travel to client sites as needed (estimated 50‑75%, Architect level).
