Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or Information Technology 3 years of experience as Project Coordinator or similar role – with a focus on risk management/quality assurance 3 years working knowledge in Hardware Development for Android Architecture Proficiency with related software tools including but not limited to Monday, SharePoint, Adobe Illustrator, Fusion 360, etc. Excellent problem solving and analytical skills Effective time management, deadline and detail-oriented Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills in English Experience in Adobe Illustrator, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Photoshop, and Google Android Operating System preferred

We are looking for a motivated Project Coordinator to join the Social Mobile Production team. With a focus on Android-based solutions for the enterprise market, the ideal candidate has experience with hardware development for Android Architecture and project management. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for creating comprehensive project timelines, setting milestones, determining deliverables and overseeing the project life cycle of multiple projects with the Project Manager.

It will be the Project Coordinator’s primary responsibility to work with the Project Manager to ensure all projects, milestones and deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and meet Social Mobile’s high quality standards.

Please note is position is in our North Miami Beach office, not a remote position.
