Job Description Tooling Supervisor - Second Shift We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Tooling Supervisor for the second shift at our Elizabethtown, KY location. The ideal candidate will have experience in overseeing tooling operations and managing a team of employees.

Responsibilities:

Supervise the tooling department during the second shift

Ensure all tooling equipment is properly maintained and operational

Train and mentor tooling technicians

Monitor production schedules and adjust staffing as needed

Collaborate with other supervisors to optimize workflow
