Heartland City Church is seeking a Heartland City Kids Director to lead and oversee the kids ministry from birth through 5th grade under pastoral guidance. This role will cast vision for ministry to children and families and partner with families to foster faith and community.
You will recruit, equip, develop, and schedule kids ministry volunteers for weekly environments and special events, ensuring a safe, engaging, and age-appropriate experience for every child.
