** REQUIREMENTS:
*** Graduate of a school of nursing who has a verified active provisional license or RN license from the Kentucky Board of Nursing is required, or higher.
* The RN Applicant may perform the full scope of duties for the position under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
* An RN Applicant who fails the licensing examination is not eligible to be hired or maintain an RN Applicant status.
* The RN Applicant status is valid for no more than 6 months after graduation from the nursing program.
