Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Join Pinnacle Treatment Centers, Inc. as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and play a direct role in saving the lives of our patients daily. You will partner with the Director of Nursing and Executive Director to establish and maintain a therapeutic environment and routine for our residents.

• Valid Nursing license in the state seeking employment
• Comfortable working independently with the population when needed
• Compliance with MAT (Medication‑Assisted Treatment) program protocols

• Schedule appointments necessary for psychological testing, doctor’s appointments, dental, and eye doctor appointments
• Maintain and keep updated all medical records and documentation pertaining to the clients
• Assist as needed in transport of clients to necessary appointments
• Maintain contact with community medical personnel
• Responsible for medical charts for non‑prescribed and prescription medication
• Assist DON in purchasing medical supplies
• Monitor all detoxification clients and initiate appropriate medical response to detoxification symptoms
