Base pay range

$34.00/hr - $42.00/hr

Full-time, part-time, PRN, and short-term agreement positions available. PRN rate $45/hr working at least 1 shift per week. Short Term Agreement rate $65/hr working 4 shifts per week and must have open availability to work any day the hospital requires.

• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to provide exceptional care.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families, understanding their unique needs to facilitate their recovery.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with various departments to ensure coordinated care and provide direct patient care when needed.
• Serve as a resource for fellow staff, supporting them with complex patient needs and inquiries.
• Celebrate victories and milestones achieved by patients.

• Valid RN licensure as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
• CRRN certification preferred.
• One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred.

• Current RN licensure appropriate to state regulations.
• BLS certification (ACLS preferred).
• CRRN certification preferred.

• General office equipment such as computer/laptop, telephone, copy/fax machine, calculator, scanner, etc.
• Microsoft Office software, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

• Visual acuity, speech recognition, speech clarity.
• Ability to lift, lower, push, pull, and retrieve objects weighing a minimum of 30 pounds, including medical supplies and equipment; ability to transfer and reposition patients. Reasonable assistance may be requested when lifting or moving.

• Oral and written communication, active listening. Must be able to speak and understand English.
• Information ordering, deductive reasoning, social perceptiveness, time management, critical thinking.
• Ability to coordinate, analyze, observe, make decisions, and meet deadlines in a detail-oriented manner.
• Ability to work independently without continuous supervision.

• Regular, reliable, and predictable attendance and punctuality.
