Health Advocates Network is urgently hiring Med Surg Telemetry Registered Nurses (RNs) in the Elizabethtown, KY area. Must have 2 years of Med Surg Telemetry experience.

• Pay Rate: $2,144 weekly

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing.
• 2 years of experience as a Med Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN).
• Acknowledged American Heart Association BLS, ACLS, PALS.
• EPIC experience required.
• An active, current (KY) state license.
