American Traveler is hiring an RN for an ICU position requiring CRRT/IABP experience and ACLS/NIHSS certification on night shift.

• 20-bed medical ICU setting with 2:1 patient ratios
• Care for patients experiencing cardiac arrest, sepsis, mechanical ventilation, stroke, and surgical recovery
• Perform continuous dialysis and assist with invasive bedside procedures
• Night shift schedule, 7p-7a, 3x12 hour shifts
• Weekend and holiday rotation required

• Active, unrestricted KY or compact RN license required
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• ADN or ASN required, BSN preferred
• CRRT and IABP experience required
• Last 4 digits of SSN and month/day of date of birth required for consideration

• Implement professional nursing practice centered on holistic patient care and healing environments
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Facilitate admission, transfer, and discharge activities including patient and family education
• Delegate and oversee care activities performed by other team members
• Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives and core measures
• Must reside within 75 miles of the facility, local candidates accepted at a lower rate
