Overview

Sales and Parts Support Specialist, AgRev - Lexington, KY. AGCO Corporation seeks a Sales and Parts Support Specialist for the Lexington, KY location. This position is responsible for selling, receiving, delivering and maintaining inventory of parts in an accurate, prompt and safe manner.

Your impact includes promoting and fulfilling product/parts orders, supporting service technicians, and ensuring inventory and related processes are efficient and accurate.

• Promotes, sells, quotes and fills product/parts orders and/or services to meet or exceed customer needs using parts catalogs/systems.
• Supplies Service Technicians with parts as required.
• Coordinates and verifies receipt of shipments, assists with placing stock in their proper inventory locations and processes related payments.
• Assists in keeping areas clean and orderly.
• Manages stock shortages and expedites issues by reporting to the manager.
• Assists in maintaining all departmental tools, equipment, and vehicles in good working order.
• May be required to operate material handling equipment and work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Operate within Inside Sales budgets assuring a high level of service to customers.
• Evaluate, assist in planning of inventory.
• Manage dealer activity by maximizing use of software and hardware systems for distribution, assuring efficient service to all sales disciplines.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous experience working with basic parts and industrial machinery/equipment.
• Previous experience in a parts/aftermarket role within automotive, industrial machinery/equipment or related business.
• Experience using parts catalogs, systems and managing information using computer applications.
• Understanding of concepts and procedures within Sales, Marketing, Finance, Parts, Service departments.
