******** Part-Time 7:30p - 8a
**** We are seeking a Security Officer to join our team at Baptist Health Hardin. In this role, you will be responsible for contributing to maintain a safe secure environment within the healthcare facility. You will conduct regular patrols, monitor surveillance, respond to emergencies, and facilitate conflict resolution
* Reports out-of-the ordinary activity in and around the hospital/grounds
* Respond to security and safety related emergencies
* Conducts investigations and completes reports
* Provides security escorts as needed
* Excellent customer service toward patients, families, and employees
** Requirements:
*** High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
* Valid KY driver's license with satisfactory driving record defined by Baptist Health Hardin policy is required.
* Good organizational, oral and written communication skills.
* Basic computer skills.
* Ability to work well with others and present a professional appearance.
*
* Preferred Qualifications:

*** Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field.
* International Assoc for Healthcare Security & Safety (IAHSS) certification preferred.
