Elizabethtown Pest Control, the newest pest professionals expanding across Hardin County and Elizabethtown, KY, is hiring full‑time Technicians. Named one of the top 100 jobs in the U.S. by US News & Report, our technicians provide pest management services to residential, industrial, institutional, and commercial customers. No experience necessary.

• Competitive hourly compensation – base wage $40,000–$60,000 annually with uncapped sales commissions.
• Take‑home vehicle for the route; advertise for E‑Town Exterminating and OPC.

• Deliver high‑quality pest management services to commercial and residential customers, following company, manufacturer, and governmental guidelines.
• Build strong relationships with customers and be attentive to their pest‑control needs.
• Seek opportunities for customer base growth.
• Read and follow all label instructions for products used.
• Maintain records of field activities (service tickets, inspection reports, service agreements).
• Collaborate with call center and office staff to schedule, reschedule, prioritize service calls.

• Minimum age 18; no pest‑control experience required.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Experience in home services industry is preferred but not required.
• Must maintain a good driving record and pass criminal background check, physical exam, and drug screen.

• Safely use ladders within manufacturer’s weight capacity.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
• Work in all weather conditions.
