--0 [Wait Staff / Team Member] As a Lead Server at Masonic Villages, you'll:
Assure flow is maintained for servers;
Greet resident's tables to assure prompt and courteous service is maintained;
Monitor quality and temperature of food, ensure all temperature food logs are maintained and corrective action is initiated if necessary;
Conduct pre-meal meetings, review menu, and important information to staff in absence of Manager;
Assume responsibility of the Manager in their absence.
