--0 [Restaurant Manager] As an Assistant Dining Room Supervisor at Masonic Villages, you'll:
Arrange work schedules and assign duties in the absence of the Dining Room Supervisor;
Prepare menus and reports for distribution as directed by the Dining Room Supervisor;
Manage proper inventory and ordering of non-food supplies used in the Food Services Department;
Direct seating of residents and servers to assure proper dining services;
Maintain record of meals served to residents, visitors, and cash operation daily;
Inspect the dining room and equipment for cleanliness & condition.
