** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, visitors, and campus community members while carrying out site-specific procedures and emergency response activities when appropriate.

+ Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of campus buildings, residence areas, parking facilities, walkways, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.

+ Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.

+ Document patrol observations, incidents, and security-related concerns accurately and promptly in accordance with site procedures.

+ Assist with access control, visitor inquiries, and directions while maintaining a professional presence throughout the location.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ Access control and badge experience is preferred.

+ CPR and First Aid experience is preferred.

+ Alarm panel experience is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
