Salary: $48,000–$60,000 + discretionary bonuses, benefits package, and retirement plan.

Position SummaryThis client service and administrative support role involves scheduling, client meeting preparation, account paperwork processing, and general office administration. The role is client-facing with in-person support and phone reception, and includes a variety of operational tasks.
Job Responsibilities- Client Impressions
- Greet clients and prepare conference rooms for meetings.
- Answer inbound office calls, take messages, and direct client requests.
- Schedule and confirm client appointments with advisors.
- Proofread emails, coordinate mailings, and assist with event logistics.
- Administration
- Prepare client meeting materials and file paperwork.
- Process administrative paperwork such as account service forms and check deposits.
- Maintain strict attention to security, organization and confidentiality.
- Operations
- Support compliance and recordkeeping by following firm policies.
- Ensure office supplies are stocked for professional business conduct.
- Manage phone and communications systems on behalf of the team.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. - Attention to Detail:
Accuracy and double‑checking before completion.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree or coursework preferred.
- 1+ years of client service, administrative or receptionist experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication with a professional phone presence.
- Comfortable with in‑person client interaction and front‑office service.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, Excel) and ability to learn multiple systems.
- Strong attention to detail, follow‑through, and confidentiality.
- Able to work on‑site in Elk City.
- Professional demeanor and aptitude for learning regulatory‑sensitive work.
