We’re committed to supporting your practice financially through Triad Backs the Pracs. We handle the setup, staffing, credentialing, furnishing, and funding, then manage all operational aspects for the first 12 months. After that, ownership transfers to you, with ongoing support. Approximately 36 months from start, you will fully own your practice debt-free and without upfront investment.

Roles and Responsibilities:
**
- Assess patient health through interviews and physical exams, including medical histories
- Document patient care services accurately
- Provide outpatient services by appointment
- Deliver health maintenance, education, and disease prevention screenings
- Perform well-women gynecological exams and screenings
- Educate patients on disease management and healthy habits
- Stay current with immunization schedules, health maintenance guidelines, and clinic protocols
- Order and interpret labs and x-rays
- Complete CME requirements and maintain licensure, DEA, and prescriptive authority
- Participate in community health activities and inform the Medical Director of complex cases
- Collaborate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team

* Qualifications:
**
- Valid license as NP or PA in Oklahoma
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
- Strong clinical, diagnostic, and communication skills
- Teamwork and dedication to quality care
- Proficiency with EMR systems
