Role Description

Full Time Director of Women's Center. Under the direction of the ACNO/CNO, this position has the responsibility for the effective implementation of the philosophy, goals, policies, and procedures of the Women's Center and their effect on patient care throughout the hospital and in all areas. The WC Director will oversee all areas of the department to include staffing, scheduling, budgeting and ensuring quality patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Implement the philosophy, goals, policies, and procedures of the Women's Center.
  • Oversee all areas of the department: staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and quality patient care.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an approved School of Registered Nursing.
  • Bachelors in Nursing or a health care related field preferred, or written plans to obtain a Bachelors degree within five years required.
  • Two or more years of progressive experience in nursing in an acute care setting required.
  • Current Oklahoma state registration as Registered Nurse.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS).
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) / Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).
