The Preconstruction Coordinator supports the Business Development and Estimating teams by managing preconstruction activities, coordinating site walks, organizing bid documentation, and assisting with vendor outreach and quote requests. This role is essential for ensuring accurate, timely, and well‑organized bid submissions, particularly in telecommunications and tower construction projects.

• Attend and document site walks, pre‑bid meetings, and walkthroughs
• Take site photos, notes, and measurements as required
• Upload and organize field photos and site documentation into company systems

• Assist estimators with bid preparation and preconstruction tasks
• Send out Requests for Quote (RFQs) to subcontractors and vendors, follow up as needed, and log received quotes
• Coordination with internal teams

• Download, upload, and organize bid documents, plans, addenda, and specifications
• Enter and maintain accurate data in bid trackers, folders, and estimating systems

• Support business development efforts by assisting with proposal and bid logistics
• Help ensure all preconstruction deadlines are met

• Strong organizational and time‑management skills
• Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines simultaneously
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) or similar tools
• Comfortable working both in the office and on active job sites
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Clean driving record and current driver’s license

• Experience in telecommunications construction, including tower construction, DAS, ERRCS, wireless, fiber, or low‑voltage systems
• Experience supporting estimating or preconstruction teams
• Understanding of subcontractor and vendor outreach and RFQ processes
• Familiarity with procurement and sourcing platforms for subcontractors, materials, and services
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, site layouts, and structural drawings (a plus)

The Preconstruction Coordinator plays a key role in supporting winning work by keeping the Business Development and Estimating teams organized, informed, and prepared throughout the preconstruction process.
