Position OverviewAs a full‑time Optometrist, you will provide comprehensive optometry services, diagnose and treat eye conditions, and educate patients on preventive eye health. You will work with a collaborative team and use the latest technology, and your typical day will involve 16 to 20 patient exams.

Job SpecificationsDoctor of Optometry degree, O.D., including Third Party Administrator (TPA) certification.
Responsibilities- Perform comprehensive eye examinations and assessments.
- Diagnose and treat eye conditions, including prescribing eyeglasses, contact lenses, and corrective medication.
- Provide patient education on eye health and preventive care.
- Collaborate with other health professionals to manage patient care.
- Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation.
- Follow up on patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- 1–3 years of clinical practice experience with current knowledge of optometric technology and practices; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong management, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Strong business aptitude, self‑discipline, and ability to deliver outstanding patient service.
- Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in performing duties.
- Clinical experience with advanced optometric equipment.
- Knowledge in ocular health and retinal care.
- Experience in patient education and preventive care programs.
The working environment is generally favorable, with adequate lighting and temperature. There are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, or other factors.
