Overview

We are building a pipeline of talented professionals ready to step into a fast‑paced, customer‑focused role as new opportunities arise. The future Service Advisor positions will support our dealership network, beginning with the Elk Grove Subaru location.

• Greet customers and assist with their service and repair needs.
• Clearly communicate vehicle issues, repair options, and timelines.
• Prepare accurate repair orders and keep customers informed throughout the process.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and efficient service.
• Deliver a professional and friendly customer experience from drop‑off to pick‑up.

• Previous experience in a service advisor, customer service, or automotive role is preferred.
• Effective communication and critical thinking skills.
• A positive attitude and professional demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.
• Basic understanding of vehicle systems and maintenance needs is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.

The Annual Estimated Earnings Range is $64,500.00 - $.

This is a performance‑driven position, eligible for short‑term and/or long‑term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commissions off Individual Sales, Individual Gross Profit, and Bonuses based on Individual Manufacturer Appropriability, Customer Pay Labor per RO, and Flat Rate Hours.
