Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Bank Teller to join our team. Bank Tellers are responsible for enhancing the customer experience through highly accurate transaction processing while knowledgeably and courteously answering customer questions regarding banking services. Follows bank policies and procedures and adheres to applicable government regulations. Performs a variety of account maintenance duties and may open new accounts. Balances each day’s transactions and verifies cash totals.
Responsibilities- Provide accurate transaction processing and balance cash
- Answer customer questions regarding banking services in a courteous and knowledgeable manner
- Follow bank policies and procedures and adhere to applicable government regulations
- Perform account maintenance duties and may open new accounts
- Balance daily transactions and verify cash totals
- Minimum 6 months cash handling and customer service experience
- Excellent customer service, communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills
- Ability to accurately process bank transactions and perform basic math calculations
- Basic computer skills
- Banking experience preferred
