Position Overview:We are seeking a compassionate, skilled Clinical Director to join our team in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP).This role is ideal for a licensed professional, who is passionate about delivering therapeutic interventions in a dynamic, holistic, multidisciplinary setting. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mental health and substance use disorder services This leadership role provides guidance to clinical staff, ensures high-quality, client-centered care, and fosters a collaborative, supportive environment for both clients and team members.
What You’ll Do:As aClinical Director, you will lead, mentor, and support a team of clinicians working in Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for both Mental Health and Substance Use Disorders. This role involves:
- Providing individual and group supervision to clinicians and case managers.
- Conduct regular reviews of clinical recordsto ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards.
- Conducting Biopsychosocial Intake Assessments
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teamsto enhance service delivery and client outcomes.
- Provide training and mentorship to staffon best practices in mental health and substance use disorder treatment and crisis management.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly, ensuring effective communication among all team members.
- Managing crisesand implementing intervention strategies.
- Analyze clinical data and outcomes to identify trends and areas for improvement to make informed decisions and enhance the quality of care.
- Education:
Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling,or a related field. - Licensure:
Active
LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, Psy Dor equivalent in California. - Experience:
At leastfive yearsof clinical experience - Two or more yearsin a leadership position and/or oversight of clinical staff
- Experience with substance use disorders and group facilitation required.
- Proven experience in facility administration, program management, and staff supervision.
- Strong knowledgeofregulatory compliance, clinical best practices, and ethical standards in substance abuse treatment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all aspects of work.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision
-making skills
