Recruitment Specialist – Golden Years Home Care

We are looking for a detail-oriented and communicative HR Recruitment Specialist to join our team. If you excel in communication, possess strong organizational skills, and have a passion for human resources, we invite you to apply.

• Implement and administer HR programs and policies in accordance with company guidelines and local regulations
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees
• Conduct background checks and reference checks for potential candidates
• Coordinate and conduct employee orientation and training programs
• Assist with performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations
• Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including benefits, policies, and procedures
• Collaborate with managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
• Support the HR team in various projects and initiatives

• Proven experience as an HR Specialist or similar role
• Familiarity with succession planning, talent acquisition, and performance management processes
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus

$22.00 - $26.00 per hour
