We are looking to hire, under contract, an IT PC Technician. This position will be assigned to work for the IT location at the Echo Water Facility (Sac Sewer) in Elk Grove. However, depending on the need, work location may alternate between Sac Sewer at Goethe Road and the Echo Water Facility in Elk Grove. The selected individual will be part of the IT Customer Services Team (ITCS), which supports employees at both locations.
The IT PC Technician will assist with Help Desk, hardware/software installations, interact with customers, understand, diagnose, and troubleshoot their technical problems, and various other technical special projects as assigned. The contract duration will be one year, extendible depending on the performance and business needs. Interested and qualified candidates must submit a current resume and any certifications pertinent to the position.

- Experience in Windows Administration and Support
- Experience in conducting Helpdesk phone support
- Experience in Microsoft Office Products
- Experience with supporting Windows operating systems in an AD (Active Directory) Enterprise network environment
- VoIP and smartphone support experience
- Remote PC Support
- Familiarity with Atlassian Tools (Jira and Confluence)
- Asset and Inventory Tracking Skills
