• Properly load and ship all inbound and outbound orders, ensuring accurate quantities and meeting quality requirements.
• Communicate with the Shipping & Receiving Supervisor to notify discrepancies with any orders.
• Ensure all paperwork (orders, bill of ladings, invoices, reports) is properly filled out, completed and accurate.
• Inspect all incoming and outgoing materials within the product specifications.
• Properly store materials and finished product in the warehouse layout.
• Stock corn and flour departments with materials needed for production.
• Package finished product for shipping (shrink wrapping, boxing, labeling).
• Pick, stage, and load finished products into trucks, trailers, and containers.
• Handle incoming and outgoing raw material shipments and ensure they meet or exceed Quality Assurance specifications.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other heavy equipment safely, including daily refueling and maintenance.
• Perform Air Brake LOTO procedures on trucks before loading.
• Maintain warehouse equipment, tools, and storage racks in a clean and organized manner.
• Complete necessary warehouse forms, shipping, and receiving logs with accurate documentation.
• Report RF gun and label printer issues to IT and ensure all electronic equipment functions correctly.
• Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment, removing cobwebs and chipping paint from walls and ceilings.
• Adhere to all SQF and food safety regulations and guidelines.
• Actively demonstrate a willingness to service and teamwork.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1-2 years of relevant shipping and receiving experience.
• 1-2 years operating forklifts or industrial equipment.
• 1-2 years using the company’s ERP system or similar software.

• Proficient verbal and written communication.
• Strong math, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Excellent teamwork and people skills.
• Proactive initiative and goal orientation.
• Ability to lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds and work in awkward positions.
• Experience operating mobile scanners and RF guns.
• Reliability, punctuality, and flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and off‑shifts.
• Compliance with drug and alcohol and food safety policies.
• Ability to maintain a consistent state of alertness and safety.

• Continual walking, standing on hard surfaces, and operating heavy equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scissor lifts.
• Continual bending, stooping, reaching, pulling, pushing, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Exposure to cold, hot temperatures, and noise.
• Work in a warehouse environment with continuous activity and equipment operation.
