As an Applebee’s Bartender, you will mix outstanding alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages, ensuring that both staff and customers enjoy the best drinks possible. You will be friendly to staff and guests, make fantastic drinks according to established standards, and create a great bar experience. You will work hard but have a great time doing it.

You must be at least 21 years old (per state law), be able to effectively communicate with others, and be committed to making an impact.

Applebee’s Bartenders start at minimum wage plus the opportunity to earn tips.

• Ability to remain stationary and exert well‑paced mobility for long periods of up to four (4) hours.
• Ability to safely reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 25 pounds.
• Transport plates, glasses, and baskets to and from the dining room, service bar, and kitchen about 30 times per shift.
• Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively to employees and dining room staff.
• Ability to wear protective hand coverings, face coverings, and/or masks throughout the shift.
• Ability to work with disinfectant cleaning supplies throughout the shift.
• Ability to frequently wash hands with disinfecting soap throughout the shift.
