Overview
GHA Technologies, Inc. seeks experienced technology sales professionals for nationwide roles, including Sales Representatives, Regional Sales Managers, Sales VPs, and National Account Managers. The company offers an opportunity to join a fast-growing, employee-owned value-added reseller with a focus on AI technologies and mission-critical product procurement and integration services for corporate, government, and education clients in America.
We are currently hiring experienced Sales Professionals nationwide with a minimum of three years direct technology sales experience.
Compensation and Benefits (Examples)We offer a highly lucrative earnings and benefits package. Examples include W-2 employment with Medical, Dental, and HSA benefits, a 401K retirement plan, and an ESOP stock ownership plan. Specific earnings opportunities cited include:
- $10k Fast Start Bonus per month for 12 months; $120k first year (requires one new commercial account with at least 250 employees, every two weeks).
- $2,500 First Week Training Pay for the first five training days.
- $500 per virtual appointment bonus with no cap.
- Up to $1,500 per week for meeting minimum call targets and at least one qualified onsite appointment.
- 200% of the profit margin for the first 90 days of orders shipped.
- 40% to 59% of the profit margin after 90 days.
- Up to $10k new client account credits, up to $5k new account donation credits, and up to $400 of gift cards for business-building activities.
GHA employee owners will receive stock shares every year in addition to commissions, bonuses, and promotional offerings.
What you’ll do (Responsibilities)- Represent GHA Technologies in selling the latest AI technologies from major vendors and partners (e.g., Nvidia, Dell, HP, Microsoft, Google, Cisco, Lenovo, Apple, VMWare, Adobe, IBM, Nutanix, Pure Storage, Samsung, Intel, and more).
- Support mission-critical product procurement and integration services for large corporate, government, and education clients.
- Participate in a fast-paced sales cycle across various industries and regions, building and managing client relationships.
- Minimum of three years direct technology sales experience.
- Experience with enterprise-level or national accounts preferred.
