If you are looking for a leadership opportunity with room to grow quickly
Responsibilities Include:- Climbing and working on communication towers to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain wireless systems
- Assembling/erecting various tower types, including self-support, monopoles, guyed towers, etc.
- Read construction documents, clearly explain and delegate tasks to crews in order to perform installations per all customer requirements
- Installing antennas, coax, fiber optic cables, DC power, AC power, etc., at elevated heights of over 100 feet
- Working closely with, helping manage, and mentor technicians, and staying aligned with our OJT training program
- Review assigned crews and adhere to project schedules
- Adhering to all company and industry (i.e., OSHA, NATE) standards/regulations

Requirements 30Job Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Be able to demonstrate skills, knowledge, and your level of expertise in the tower industry
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license, as regular travel to job sites and operation of company vehicles are required
- Ability to travel and work outside of normal business hours, including nights, weekends, or holidays
- Working knowledge of hand tools, mechanical equipment, and electro-mechanical equipment
- Ability to climb tall structures (100 feet or more) with a 50 lb load
- OSHA 10 and 30
Local, out-of-the-area and extended travel is required (up to 95%).
