- 6+ years' experience in Software Development / Testing with Strong business analytical skills to understand the critical business flows for an application.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for REST APIs and web applications using Selenium and Python.
- Build and execute test automation strategies for Voice/VoIP/SIP-based systems and features.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing across the application stack.
- Write and optimize SQL queries to validate data integrity and support test case design.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing and faster release cycles.
- Use Git for version control and collaborative test code management.
- Monitor and troubleshoot application logs using Splunk to identify and diagnose defects.
- Conduct accessibility testing to ensure compliance with relevant standards (WCAG or equivalent).
- Manage and track defects/incidents through ITSM tools as part of the QA lifecycle.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into comprehensive test plans.
- Clearly communicate test results, risks, and quality metrics to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and best practices.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and accountable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
