Position Type: Full-time

Role OverviewThis is a high-impact role overseeing and estimating heavy civil construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. The position focuses on earthwork, demolition, utilities, and specialty contracting, with opportunities to work on both public and private sector projects.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all phases of heavy civil construction projects, from bidding to closeout
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and proposals for public and private bids
- Review blueprints, specifications, and related documents to define scope and pricing
- Collaborate with field crews, subcontractors, and vendors for project execution
- Monitor budgets, timelines, and progress to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery
- Conduct site visits to assess risks and ensure operational success
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients
- 5+ years of experience in heavy civil construction project management and estimating
- Hands-on experience with earthwork, demolition, or underground utilities projects
- Ability to interpret and analyze construction documents, drawings, and specifications
- Proficient with project management and estimating software
- Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
