• Support a rapidly growing congregation (13% growth this past year) with opportunities to take developing production ministry to the next level
• Serve hundreds of kids and youth through our midweek programs, many from families discovering our church
• Be part of our "Expand the House" building project—Phase 1 of our three-phase expansion just beginning

Technical Innovation

• Lead audio, visual, lighting, and live streaming across all worship experiences
• Shape our digital ministry strategy, including website technical management and AI integration philosophy
• Research and implement cutting-edge equipment and technologies
• Build and develop a volunteer technical team
• Create systems and training that empower others to excel
• Foster a collaborative environment where technical ministry thrives

• Oversee all audio, visual, and lighting systems in our worship center
• Manage live sound mixing for dynamic worship services and events
• Coordinate video production, camera operation, and professional live streaming
• Ensure every technical aspect runs seamlessly to support powerful worship experiences

Digital Ministry Leadership

• Manage technical aspects of live streaming, expanding our online reach
• Oversee website technical operations
• Collaborate on social media technical integration
• Help craft our philosophy for emerging AI technologies in ministry

Team Development & Training

• Recruit, train, and schedule technical volunteers across multiple teams
• Develop soundboard, video, lighting, and technical specialists
• Provide ongoing education and skill development opportunities
• Create a positive, collaborative technical ministry culture

Systems & Equipment Management

• Maintain comprehensive inventory of all technical equipment
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules for optimal performance
• Research and propose equipment upgrades to stay current with technology

Special Events & Beyond

• Provide technical support for conferences, special productions, and community events
• Partner with ministry leaders to understand and exceed their technical needs
• Support the dynamic midweek programs serving hundreds of children and youth

Technical Expertise

• Proven experience in audio/visual production, preferably in live event or worship environments
• Proficiency with sound mixing, lighting systems, and video production
• Experience with live streaming platforms and digital technologies
• Knowledge of equipment maintenance and system troubleshooting

Leadership & Team Building

• Ability to teach technical skills to others with patience and clarity
• Strong organizational skills for scheduling and coordinating teams
• Heart for developing others and building collaborative environments
