Schedule:

10:30 pm – 7 am shifts, 72 hours per pay period (2 weeks). Must be available for every other weekend (Saturday/Sunday) and holidays.

Hourly: $22.72 – $27.34 (Based on experience)

The Nursing Assistant Registered (NAR) is responsible for providing respectful, resident‑centered care and assistance to the resident under the supervision of a licensed nurse. They assist the resident to achieve their highest level of physical, cognitive, psychosocial, and spiritual function.

• Provide direct personal care for residents at their assessed level of function under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Provide restorative/maintenance nursing programs as developed by Nursing Rehabilitation.
• Accurately document care provided and resident observations.
• Assist residents to achieve their highest level of physical, cognitive, psychosocial, and spiritual function.
• Maintain a dignified, respectful, resident‑centered environment.
• Follow universal precautions, facility infection control guidelines, sanitation and safety standards.
• Perform all duties in accordance with current standards, guidelines, state and federal regulations.
• Uphold confidential information as required by Guardian Angels Care Center policy and procedures, and as related to HIPAA.
• Uphold the mission, vision, and values of Guardian Angels.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

• Currently registered as a Nursing Assistant with the Minnesota Nursing Assistant registry.
• Prior nursing experience preferred.
• Minimum age: 16 years.
• Maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Self‑motivated with ability to prioritize.
