The estimated pay for this position is $25.50 per hour, including a $20.50 base rate and $5.00 shift differential for weekend shifts. Pay may vary based on experience, education, certifications, and other factors.
Job SummaryPerforms warehouse tasks such as receiving materials, operating handling equipment, and supporting production or shipment activities. Knowledge of warehouse layout and safe equipment operation (lift truck, pallet jack, forklift) is required. Reads work orders and shipping documents to determine actions.
Essential Job Functions- Unload trucks and trailers
- Store materials and manage space
- Verify received items and report quality concerns
- Maintain accurate inventory records
- Coordinate material movement with production
- Enter transactions into ERP system
- Follow safety procedures and report hazards
- Report equipment or operational issues
- Dispose of scrap and packaging properly
- Maintain equipment and ensure product quality
- Participate in rotational tasks and maintain a clean work area
- Engage in continuous improvement activities
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent plus at least 1 year relevant experience
- Forklift training and certification
- Ability to lift and perform physically demanding tasks
- Accurate counting skills
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members
